 hunchback, any method to solve?

currently having serious hunchback , how do i reduce the look of hunchback? start building backbone muscle ? any other ways? anyone can teach me pls

i had a bit of a hunch before, i think it was after lifting weights i started to have better posture, not sure why though...

deadlift man! after one session of deadlift last night, my back is straight all day!

coz if i bent a bit, my lower back muscles will cry!!!

In any way are you lifting? Lifting helps straighten my back a lot in the past two months. I do push up, planks, deadlifts among others which help

Definitely deadlifts. Deadlifts corrected my posture.
