 Fruits suitable for child under 5 yrs old?, What type of fruits??

I heard from someone said mango was not suitable for small child...... blush.gif

Any fruits was suitable or unsuitable for child under 5 years old?

where got such things.....

my daughter eat fruits ...all kind of fruits u can named....even durian..fruits is good for her digesting.....just not over do it

all these old folks like to say this not good..that not good..

Fruits are beneficial for all ages..just the key is in moderation. My son loves all fruits..though he hasn't tried durian yet.

Also, be careful of the seeds. Best to eat fruits on an empty stomach / before meals.

erm...try the papaya and banana, my daughter eat fruits everyday, she had no problem poop.....everyday also got....but for her cousin few times also need pump by the doc

the durian is up to certain child interest...she saw us eat so she follow abit.....

yes..banana and papaya is good for constipated kids...last resort..is give prune juice..just one or 2 teaspoons the most.

grapes..i have to limit my son's intake coz he gets cough if he eats too much.
