→Delivery Detail
Under normal circumstances, ready stock item will be delivered within 24 hours of working day after customer has submitted the order.
Generally delay of the delivery will occur as follows:
- Product sold (out of stock);
- Pos Laju system down;
- Not enough time to complete packaging (may shopkeeper in a hurry to go out, or new stocks arrived, or emergency situations, etc.);
- Customer complete the payment, but have not submitted order; Customer submitted order, but not yet paid;
- Pre-order items arrival date not as expected (possible delays in international express delivery, such as natural disasters, holidays, public holidays and other unexpected conditions).

→Product Pricing
Products are genuine and original authorized, thus non-negotiation.
Under normal circumstances, Mobilogi will give customers discount automatically, as follows:
- First batch pre-order for newly launch products;
- Repeat Customer (Mobilogi very pleased that customer satisfy with our products and services, Mobilogi will give discount to customers who are supporting and trusting us continuously);
- Bulk order (Mobilogi pleased to offer a lower price than the retail price to customer who order a certain number of goods in a single transaction);
- Promotion Activities.

→Postage & Courier Service
Under normal circumstances the default courier service is Poslaju (general products) and Pos Ekpres (screen protector or any item that is able to put fit in the envelope).
If a package is overweight, we will notify the customer to top up for additional shipping cost.
West Malaysia first 600g is RM8 / East Malaysia first 600g is RM12, additional 100g overweight will add RM1 **depend on situation

→Return Policy
Under normal circumstances, we do not accept return and cancel order due to convenience reasons for customer.
For product defect occurs, please contact the shop owner directly to negotiate for return, replacement or cancel the order.
If the order returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer may need to pay additional shipping (subject to situation).

1) Select Product - choose products from the catalog, contact one of the Mobilogi authorized's customer service;
2) Confirmation of Stock - friendly customer service will reply a.s.a.p for the product details (stock availability, model, quantity, postage and total);
3) Confirmation of Order - friendly customer service will provide the order details (bank account, orders URL) a.s.a.p after customer has verified the order details are correct;
4) Payment & Order Submission - customer proceed to make payment and submit order to Mobilogi;
5) Payment & Order Confirmation - Mobilogi will verify the order content and payment amount within 24 hours during business days;
6) Shipping - Mobilogi will process orders and shipping within 24 hours;
7) Customer Receive Order - Feel exciting when the parcel arrive? Please be careful when receiving parcel, follow below section "Way to check parcel"

2) What payment methods available? Mobilogi accept Internet Online Banking payment, ATM Deposit Machine payment, Cash On Delivery (available in KL area only)

East Malaysia - 1-2 business days

- Preorder **Count from the closing date
West Malaysia - 15 business days
East Malaysia - 17 business days

→Will Mobilogi contact me after order posted?
Under normal circumstances we will not notify the customer after delivery, unless the customer request for notification by filling the "Remarks" in the order form

→How do I get the order Tracking number?
1) Customer can follow the Timeline update after the delivery;
2) Get from Customer Service

→Way to check parcel
1) Before you sign - when courier service arrive, please be sure to check if there are abnormalities on the parcel before signing. (Abnormalities means: damaged parcels, parcels have obvious open sign at side or bottom, package weight significantly lighter than expected) As if the packaging has obvious abnormality, customer should refuse to sign or ask the courier service to testify and photograph as evidence, and then open the package to check.

2) After signed -If packaging is normal, customers are advised to open the parcel and check them on the spot before courier service is leaving (in generally, courier company policy do not allow customers to open parcels before sign). If the goods are found damaged, wrong shipping, please entrust courier service to do third-party witnesses (testify and photograph) and notify us. We are not responsible for any problems found after courier service left.

3) Others to sign - part of the customers orders are received and signed by guards, family or colleagues. Please be sure to notify the receiver to pay attention to the important note as mentioned above. It is customer's own responsibility if any problems found after the receipt.

→Do I need to notify you after goods received?
Our customer service will be very happy and at ease if we know that the orders are successfully delivered to customer without any issue.
