In my area, there used to be a electrical shop and the guy will also do wiring like fit new lighting and so on. But the shop already closed and his mobile dont work. I went all the shops that sell electrical stuff and they dont do the installation, they only sell the stuff. So now I need to find a new wiring guy. But I have no idea how or where to look. Any suggestions?

try to go to aircond shop.. they must have a good wireman to install the aircond wiring.. if not, their sale will be affected a bit ... (customers will go somewhere else). So, this wiremen should be able to do any type of wiring..

Hi all, the wireman I hired created mess for me. His name is Billy Chan. His HP number is 012-8778215 / 0169578778 / 0149680339. Office is at Puchong. I found him from FB (Billy Billy Kingdom). This guy is extremely unprofessional.

Firstly, he was late for almost 4 hours. He fixed the time at 10am but only arrived at 1.30pm. The management was closed at that hour. He can't do installation work before he got briefing from management. I have told him about the briefing yet he is so stupid to reach my condo at 1.30pm. At the end he only arrived my house at 2.30pm. Then he told me he couldn't find wired door bell for me and asked me to buy myself. (I have told him that I need him to buy and install doorbell one week ago). Fine, my bf and I tolerated. Subsequently, he asked us "oh, where is the wire and plug for water heater?" ??? Hello, if I know, I will install water heater by myself! (Apparently, water heater does not come with wire and plug. Shouldn't he knew about it?) Then he told us he needs to buy wire and plug. When he came back to my house, it's almost 3.30pm. The work has to be done before 5pm!

Then wat is more shocking happened. Look at the water heaters he installed.




This is the first time I see someone installed water heater like this. I'm afraid I will be killed when I take shower under the water heater.

Wat is more funny part is after he fixed the water heater, he only realized that the water pipe is too short. We asked him what can he do, he said can't do anything and blamed that the water source pipe is too high…

We confronted with him, he threatened us "you know who am I? You know who are u talking to?"…

Apart from this, he drilled the ceiling then only realized it's too far from the point to install track lights! Omg! There is one fan and two lights that he installed can't function one day after he installed!

We asked him to go back and yet still paid him for wat he has done including the two water heaters though he didn't finish the work. We have to spend more now to rectify his work.

Now I'm looking for a trustworthy wireman to help me in rectifying these two water heaters, check the wiring for one fan and two lights and install 2 track lights, one pendant light and 3 chandelier. Anyone has contact? My condo is at Kajang. Really need someone who is professional.

2. Exposed wire(wire not in conduit)
3. The flexible hose inlet change of angle is too acute, will surely break the plastic resulting in leak or burst of the flexible hose not long in future.

BEWARE, please avoid this wireman Ah Meng from NSY ELECTRICAL WORKS with phone number +6012-3915848. Irresponsible boss where create a lot of hassle after work done yet does not want to come back to fix back!

He even use speaker wire instead of proper wire for autogate switches.

Lol this is too much.. For 12V 24V we usually use elcheapo PVC auto cable, its not cert fot 230V or 415V but safe enough for ultra low voltage and has enough copper to transmit 12V properly.

Yes, it can be done. The installation cost depends on the following;

1. The number of switch point to be changed.
2. Whether does your existing wiring is cast into the wall with or without pvc conduit.

do you mind pm the contact of the wireman? want to get a quote first before ordering my 4 gang switches, i have 4 switches in my living room next together which also has a timer switch (i think timer switch need neutual? not sure) next to it and 2 switches in my kitchen (1 next to an outlet which should have neutral, the other one is not close to any outlet (need to see if can bring wire for this)

Another thing is, did some research on smart doorbells like the ring or blink and it has a required specification of 16-24v ac, 50hz. I don't think my current doorbell chime would be compatible with it, wanted to see if any wireman or electrition can help me change my chime, add/change the transformer to suit it.
