what do you mean by acceleration? more specific? or you talking about negative acceleration? hmm.gif

negative acceleration on cloth mousepads.

i really hate acceleration messes up my aiming.

Actually, when people see gaming mice, they look at the worthless infomation about the mouse, for examples they would think that 3500 dpi mouse is better than a 1800 dpi mouse.

The real info is the acceleration of the mouse, how light it is, how durable it is and also if theres prediction on or off.

i found xai around 180 rm. theres ruse, moh and normal xai.

me too just got the xai just now!! rclxm9.gif

got free mug oso lol
honestly the non ergonomic shape is liiiiiitle not nice for me since im used to the g700 on my laptop, but since my diamondback died on me and been hearing only bad things about razer after that,I think steelseries is a really reliable brand judging from user comments all over the net.Still setting up the software and gonna try bf3!!
ps:the weight oso a liiiiiitle light imo;and thats also because im used to the heaviness of the g700,but no biggie!

people are saying ZOWIE new mouse are quite bad, all the switch are HUANO switch, and not OMRON switch. god...

yes i was reading that too. is the huano switch really that horrible as they described it? As long as the sensors fine it will be good i'm guessing. You think zowie's am will be available?

anyways im stuck between two mice. The deathadder or the xai. Xai has really nice software and its weight is around 98grams, which means that it should be very nice for low sens users like myself. On the other hand the death adder has the perfect sensor which means that I could drag shot anybody and it should not over aim or under aim due to acceleration issues.

However the xai has positive and negative acceleration on cloth pads which is the only drawback for me ( big draw back) while the deathadders complain is the lack of advanced macros and maybe its weight. The weight of the death adder should be around 107 grams as stated from "http://ixbtlabs.com/articles3/peripheral/razer-deathadder.html". Which shouldn't be that bad compared to 98 grams.

in conclusion: death adder pros impressive sensor cons: not advanced software might be heavy but really its only 107 grams.

xai pros: advanced software, lightweight cons acceleration cannot be evaded.

imo right now im looking at deathadder. But xai looks good too =(

I think deathadder is the best mouse out there.

It has no prediction, and perfect control reaches up to almost 4m/s. Imo best mouse for serious gamers. It's also an optical mouse, xai and other mouses have laser sensors and they aren't really that good. Nonetheless xai is still a nice choice, a little bit expensive but you can't go wrong with the deathadder.

only bad side of the death adder is its lift off distance which is tremendously high.

if you want no mousepad use deathadder. its perfect with and without mousepads.

btw has anyone used logitech g1? or know if theres any shops that sells them. looks like the perfect mice to me. light, good optical sensor nice grip. cheap

i think theres no use for extra buttons for fps gaming. Besides communicating, however macros are very useful in fps sometimes....
