upgrading your MX518 to CM Spawn is uhh not really an upgrade..I won't recommend most Gay mice unless M800X which uses ADNS-9500.
stick to your current MX518 unless it's bricked. or not your RM120 budget won't get you any mice any better than your current MX518.

i use m6880 since last year. at first time use it, i need to use plastic A4 cover as my mouse pad because the mouse did not respond on my desk. dunno why. but after few days the mouse can respond on my desk.
i like the mouse at first. but after long using, the mouse surface can make your palm easy to sweat a lot. i remember at that time i bought i very addicted to facebook game. game that time need to click click click click click too many click. and now my mouse become automatically double click when i just single click. haha.
so now i looking another reliable cheap gaming mouse. from my google, logitech mx 518 pop up many time...

any recommended budget below rm300...
razer, steelseries, roccat or logitech...

prefer for action games.
