Impressed by DHL, ordered all the nendoroids that I wanted from Mandarake 2 days ago, Mandarake processed and I paid yesterday, picked DHL option cause DHL collaborate with Mandarake thus delivery fee is cheaper then EMS (4 nendoroids weight for 1900 yen), DHL delivered to me today...

What the HELL this is awesome DHL is so freaking fast parcel reach me in the next day from japan omgididntexpectthis !! o.o I've never get such fast experience before!

My experiences with the others -
Fedex - 5-9 days
EMS - 7-10 days
SAL registered - 10 days - 3 months
DHL - 1 day

x3 so fast~

p/s: anyway, I got 2 item lost from SAL before, 1 of them able to claim back the money through paypal dispute, another I lost. If DHL or any none SAL or EMS service has discount or around the same price as SAL registered or EMS, I will surely go for it. Pos Malaysia...I don't trust them , I had bad experiences with them...EMS took 14 days long...SAL 3 months etc...where DHL flew to me in 1 day, and the delivery guy actually calls me (cause I am not at home), Poslaju or Pos Malaysia won't bother to do that.

I am really really frustrated with our own nation's courier service, I used to believe and defend them from those that "hantam" Pos Malaysia, and claim that every delivery service has their own standard...but sigh...Pos Malaysia/PosLaju totally b****slap me, I am so a private courier service user now.

Registered mail / SAL is Pos Malaysia.
PosLaju is EMS is Pos Malaysia.

Both also national courier.

The service pretty crappy, EMS came from oversea all handled by Poslaju.

Poslaju never call me whenever I am not at home, and sometimes will leave a note to ask me to pick up myself sometimes don't even have nothing... I need to call them and ask where my parcel myself. Frustrated.

MANDARAKE - NAKANON STORE
Do not buy/order anything from them.

Let me tell you guys a story.

3 days ago, I ordered a few items from Mandarake store. Paid with paypal and picked DHL as my shipping option. Item arrived yesterday, I was really excited that it came so fast, so yesterday night I opened up my package, and found out 1 of them item has a MISSING HAIR PART.

I directly took my phone camera and snapped alot of pictures for the missing part. And further proceed to email mandarake and opened a dispute corner attached with all the pictures and tries to talk it out with Mandarake. I told Mandarake that the item has a missing part and requested Mandarake to replace me the missing item which I don't care how it works (mail back to them for replacement, mail me another same item, or a refund), I just wanted to get what I should be getting cause it isn't my fault !! I even told them that I will order more item so they can just place my missing item together with it.

And this is how Mandarake replied me, copy pasted from paypal dispute section.

The hairpiece is indeed missing, I bought the item and found out the hairpiece was missing thus the whole figure un-displayable / not completed, that's why I m writing this to let Mandarake Nakano store knows about it. It wasn't my fault, as a consumer that received an item that has missing parts.

My further order that I placed yesterday was canceled and I received a message that to not order from your website anymore really disappoint me.
I can mail Mandarake back the item that has missing part and Mandarake just replace it with the same item, but shipping cost bear by Mandarake, isn't this would do us better?

I hope we could settle this nicely, I am frustrated.
Please let me know if you still want to keep this customer.

Which Mandarake called me a "Cramer?"(WTF?) I believe they meant Scammer, 385 737 orders and you made a mistake on quality assurance here right? Their staff didn't checked the item properly ended up I getting a figure with missing hair part ??!?! They refunded me the value of the item and banned my paypal from ordering from them again, as they stated so please do not order from our website anymore"

So great man, I am just asking for my replacement because it isn't my fault that I got myself an item that has missing part, and Mandarake did not believe me and called me a Cramer...They totally just rage out and threw me back my money and asked me to not go there anymore, it wasn't even my fault here, I felt like being treated as a scammer or w/e that is, jesus christ sake.

Disappointed and pissed right now, totally.

p/s: the figure was a nendoroid, and I ordered a bunch of them.

I did checked, and from their replies of "Unbelievable that hairpart is missing, I checked with storefront staff", it means that the nendoroid is complete version, not missing part.


They shouldn't ban my paypal account due to their own mishandling. I wanted to point out that their staff did not do any quality assurance before mailing me a missing hair part nendoroid, yet black-listed my account, this is not fair, how would you response if the figures you bought has missing parts, I believe you will response as the same as me, snap pictures, record videos, anything that can prove that the item you received has missing part and email them about it, and of course, has chances of being framed as a "scammer", from everyone, because no one able to tell whether you swapped the item yourself, I am sure no one wants to be in that situation, it doesn't feel good at all, I am a victim here, I even had my next order planned and got canceled somehow, because they not doing my business anymore, f___ this, it's pointless for me to explain to Mandarake now since they wouldn't believe that their storefront staff made a mistake. Someday they gonna clean up and find my missing hairpiece on the floor somewere around the corner.


I collect pre-owned figures too cause I love them, I don't mind they are "beloved", "damaged" or "defected", i can still repaint them and those defected scars shows their age and uniqueness, missing joints, faceplate, hand, stands is ok but not MISSING HAIR, I can't fix this part
