Bro, BBTS doesn't underdeclare value but they can mark the item as gift. They can't underdeclare value as it's illegal & they are a big business. Their packing is top notch, they use thick bubble wraps & pack the items nicely in big box. On timeliness, it depends on the shipping method you choose. They offer the normal non trackable USPS First Class Mail or trackable USPS Express Mail. I personally only used USPS Express Mail from BBTS & it takes around a week to arrive from USA.

There's a section in 'Account Settings' under 'Customs Declaration' where you can set all your orders to be declared as gifts. So far I've always kept my purchases under RM500 total including shipping to avoid Customs. Worked well

BBTS is based in USA so they charge usd. USPS Air Mail is cheaper but slower to arrive(2 weeks or more) & can't be tracked once shipped. USPS Express Mail is more expensive, is faster(1 week) & can be tracked.

You can always add something to the shopping cart then check shipping charges from there.

Bro nelson is right, BBTS didn't declare shipping fees. They put only exact value of the items, they left Postage Fees section empty.
