Maketoys' Giant:
Pros:  1. Very G1
        2. Chestwing
        3. (probably) cheaper

Cons: 1. Possible extra drones/carriages (for Bonecrusher & Scavenger) to make up the lower arm components
        2. Possible shoulder joint limitation (due to the treads)
        3. Head-sculpt yet to be seen
        4. Individual constructicons may have different sizes (LongHaul looks large compared to others, and Hook looks kinda small)
        5. New company, some may argue that it has the FP connection, but that is yet to be proven.
TFC's Hercules:
Pros:  1. HUGE (size estimation varies, but should not be smaller than 12inches)
        2. IDW look (more realistic, but less G1)
        3. Individual cons vehicles/robot modes look to be agreeable in terms of size to each other
        4. Working pistons/winch for some (specifically Scavenger & Hook)
        5. Headsculpt looks great
        6. All parts for Devy seem to be self-contained in the individual constructicons.

Cons: 1. Not G1 inspired
        2. PRICE
        3. Mixmaster & Bonecrusher have yet to be revealed, though their release dates have been.
        4. May be too huge compared to other existing Combiners, hence looks odd when displayed with them.
Personally, I've preordered TFC Exgraver; it's not that often you get to have a HUMONGOUS transformer in your collection but there's no denying the appeal of Maketoys' GIANT
