Dude, chill! He's just commenting on what he feels. If you don't like it, you should have asked "what's wrong with our service, we would love to hear your feedback on how we can improve. Maybe our staff were busy and hence was a bit rude and uncourteous."

Let's say he's from KOK, but still that doesn't warrant you to behave in such manners. Not just post up a threat and say he is unwelcome to your store anymore. How would the rest of the members here feel since they have now seen your attitude and post here in Lowyat. This is not the way to run a business especially in the competitive toyline market.
