Will be going to Tokyo on May 18, flying via AirAsia and touching down at Haneda airport at 11pm. Will need to catch a train from Haneda to Asakusa station. Most trains from airport will stop operating after midnight. Realistically, immigration and going down the flight will take some time…Btw my friends and I are traveling light (small cabin size luggage or backpacks). Oh yeah, we need to buy SUICA/Pasmo card also...aih!
Anyone here who's been flying via AA and still manage to get trains last minute, say around 11.30?
Here are the three options that I have;
PLAN A: Train at 11.30 PM
Take the train of 23:30 Keikyu-line.
And transfer at Keikyu-Kamata station and Sengakuji station.
PLAN B: Train at 11.40 PM
23:40 Haneda airport international terminal
↓ Keikyu-line To Shinagawa
23:47 Tenku bashi station
0:03
↓ Tokyo monorail
0:07 Hamamatsucho station
0:15
↓ JR Yamanote-line
0:19 Kanda station
↓ Metro Ginza-line
0:29 Asakusa
Downside of Plan B:
Kanda station doesn't have an elevator and escalator.
PLAN C: Train at 12.02
0:02 Haneda airport international terminal
↓Keikyu-line
0:17 Shinagawa station
0:26
↓ JR Yamanote-line
0:46 Ueno station
What do you guys think?
