Today? Kansai Night temperature now was 5C.

You bough at 19 Mar means 20 Mar are last day.  21 Mar cannot used anymore.  Where got such thing can skip?

Just buy Kansai Thru Pass ...it include all the bus and subway unlimited rides.  Except JR company Line.

Last Question on AA......you are Elite Rank....so cannot tell you the answer  tongue.gif  tongue.gif

So meaning it will starts automatically count on the day I buy ticket? Let say on the 3rd day, I should go to station and purchase again?

Kansai Thru pass,,,, I think i won't travel far, sighseeing pass will be enough.

AA..... mmmm should using the kiosk check in with print out pass.

Lastly, my last day will be at Osaka, staying at Hotel Brighton City, Kitahama. My flight is at 9.30am, I need to reach airport by 8am or early. I am thinking going to OCAT and take bus. Will take 610am bus, but question is, OCAT already open? or I need to purchase day before? Such early, any train open or subway? or I need to take cab. Tq.

Going by Air Asia?

If Yes.

You Lost one day at Flight already and Lost another Day back to Malaysia.

6 Days trip means you actually in Japan just 4 days ....plan wisely.

You can set 2 day at Tokyo , half day at Kyoto , 1 and half Day at Osaka .....back to Tokyo for another 1 day. Then Back Malaysia

Air Asia to Japan biggest weakness are arrive Haneda around 10:30Pm - 11Pm. It was so late. The Tokyo Public transport are going to stop operation. (you will miss the last train if you didn't do much homework)

How to go Tokyo City if I arrive Late?

Please PM a guy call Stimix......he will teach you.

Still Most important thing are JR Rail Pass......

hi, this is my plan...is it ok ???

Day 1: arrive Japan at Haneda Airport
Day 2: Tokyo Disneyland
Day 3: Akihabara
Day 4: Kyoto (Kitano Tenman-gu Shrine)
Day 5: Osaka ( Universal Studio)
Day 6: Osaka Kansai Airport -> back to Malaysia

AirAsia ticket, visa and JR Pass still in process....

Guys, quick question. are money changers easily available in OSAKA?
will like to change USD to Yen directly in Japan rather than changing USD to MYR then only to Yen to avoid money changers in Malaysia earning twice from me.

Money changers would be available at airport.
Do take not that money changers over there are the bank themselves.
If you have USD, shoul be no problem fot yens. But Im not sure if they accept MYR.
alternatively you can always opt for advance-cash using creditcard for some cash at Maestro tagged banks

well, u need the Yens when you're out of Yens.
Unless u were expecting Yen drop from sky

Or do you have a better alternative when youre out of international currency in any country that may not even bother with MYR?

Pay for the item with Credit Card is cheaper than getting Cash Advance from Credit Card.
Best is to plan SUFFICIENT (aka ALOT) of JPY when going to Land of the Rising Sun

If i buy one day or 2 day sight seeing card. How I user the card? exp, I bought on 19 mar, but wat to use on 20 Mar. Another exp is 2 days pass, it is continuosly for 2 days or can skip in between? 500yen for bus and 1200 for bus and subway. What do u think? it is worth to hav bus and sub or bus? How much the standard subway station to another cost?

*
the 2day pass started when you start using the pass, not by the day you buy it.. and cannot skip days once u use it.

i bought mine when i arrive at the airport, both 2day osaka pass and 3day kansai thru pass. i only use the osaka pass the next day and use the kansai pass 4days later, no problem at all.. the starting day of usage normally will be printed at the pass itself.

Mine to share the experience? The reference to book the ticket, since most of the websites are in jap.

For cosplay i found this, http://www.kyotomm.jp/english/event/.

What other cultural event that worth paying attention to? Travelling to Kansai from 28 Apr to 2 May, and its their Golden Week.

Thanks

USD or SGD to YEN at japan can be easily changed at any bank or money changer
but RM to YEN is very difficult, the bank i found last time that willing to change from RM to YEN was Matsumoto bank.
The rate was much higher than you change in Malaysia.
