I used them the last time I was in Japan and I found the price very reasonable. You can book online through their website for pickup at the arrival airport.

We still thinking either to take limousine bus or nankai Limited express train..but if we really arrive 9:25PM japan time i dun think we can catch last limousine bus at 10:00PM to shinsaibashi..

If we plan to take limited expess rapit do we need to reserved the ticket early or we can buy the ticket on our arrival day?

We will be staying at Chisun inn Osaka...we will be travel around osaka for 2days and Kyoto 2 days..Osaka will be area Osaka Castle, Namba, Umeda and minoh..not much...and kyoto will be 1 day for Eastern area (Higashiyama) and 2nd day for North East Area .

so if you take express train you will stop at namba and change ur train at Midosoji line to Shin Osaka Station right? Mine will stop at Tengachaya.. i think no problem..maybe we can continue at PM how we can meet..

If your hotel is not too far from the airport, you can go back to the airport counter the next morning and collect it. That's what I had to do when my flight into Haneda was delayed (as usual - thanks AA!) though Haneda is only a short monorail ride from JR Hamamatsucho. You can also do same-day rental at certain Softbank shops - check the website.

Also, if you don't need 3G, Hotlink roaming works in Japan. I think. Haven't tried it for 2 years.

You Two don't forget to do homework on JR West Rail Pass and Kansai Thru Pass. This 2 card are the Bible to exploring Kansai. Each card have different life and different usage.

This is only small tips I can give you two.......rest must do homework your self.

May I know how is the weather at Kyoto, Osaka. I check the web, it seems like 10'c plus and below. Looks like much cooler compare last year around this time.
If i buy one day or 2 day sight seeing card. How I user the card? exp, I bought on 19 mar, but wat to use on 20 Mar. Another exp is 2 days pass, it is continuosly for 2 days or can skip in between? 500yen for bus and 1200 for bus and subway. What do u think? it is worth to hav bus and sub or bus? How much the standard subway station to another cost?
Lastly the AA, do I go to the auto kiosk check in or use my smart phone check in? Coz smart phone no ticket print.

Just buy Kansai Thru Pass ...it include all the bus and subway unlimited rides. Except JR company Line.

I dont think i need those passes..As our trip will be like short trip Osaka for 1 day and the next day we will be at tokyo and after spent 3 days at tokyo we will be back at kyoto for 2 days..so in my trip I plan to take Tokunai Pass for Tokyo trip and Kyoto Sightseeing Two-day Pass Card for Kyoto Trip..I will buy Icoca card for osaka trip but i wanted to ask if i already got Icoca can i use icoca at Tokyo too? Do I need to buy any other passes too?

For Philosopher Path it's already in our list, as japan guide said it must visit place in kyoto when spring season..

Tokyo used Pasmo or Suica
