hi people! im going to have a month break frm college, so i plan to travel japan alone.

just a question, i wonder if travelling alone makes u feel vry lonely? do u enjoy travelling alone or u prefer travelling with some mates?

i have nvr experience travelling alone, so i hope to hear some experience frm u guys so as to make my trip worth.

thank you. smile.gif

Depends on you....for me I go Alone also no problem...100% maximum freedom. you can do anything you want. If you go with friends then you can snap picture together....share the good memory together. Most iportant is your friend willing to spent in Japan lah....Going Japan are expensive trip.

May i know China Eastern Airlines,is it trust-able or not? seem very cheap the fare going to osaka. round trip just rm400+- this coming may.  sweat.gif anyone try this airline before? where to take the flight? klia? got local sales office?
*
China 3rd largest Company..got 400++ over aircraft compare to MAS just 80++ only.....so you say? China Eastern fly to Japan very frequently...not only Kansai..it fly to all Japan 1st class and 2nd Class Airport.

If you taken China Eastern....you will stop at China GuangZhou BaiYun Airport first...then interchange another China Eastern Airline to Japan.....takes times compare to direct flight.

China Eastern Airline doesn't fly to Kuala Lumpur. Only China Airline or China Southern Airline does.

If you want to try China Eastern to Japan...only way are taking AirAsia / Mas / China Southern Airline to GuangZhou Bai Yun Airport. Then at Bai Yun Aiport buy China Eastern Ticket to Kansai / Tokyo / Any major Airport in Japan.

In Japan, there are all types of otaku ("geeks"). There are anime otaku, video game otaku, and even train otaku. Otaku from all walks of life seem to like the same thing: maids.

So what happens when you combine a love of the country's public transportation with its fascination with girls in frilly outfits?

You get this. This is the "Maid Train". All aboard!

First introduced back in 2010, the maid train aimed to capitalize on Akihabara's maid cafe culture and earning nerd cred, while luring passengers to ride the rails.

The Seibu Railway Group's Maid Train limited service ran between Ikebukuro and Chichibu stations, passing, as Japan Today pointed out, several anime production companies along the way.

The trains were staffed by maids with names like "Amakusa Chuchu" (Chuchu—GEDDIT?) and served cute maid food and drinks as well as made all the train announcements in their cute maid voices. No wonder over 90 percent of the riders was 30-something males.

This month, Seibu Railway offered a second maid train. For ¥5,500 adults could snag round-trip tickets—and maid memories. Japan's FNN news went along for the ride, along with 126 passengers and five maids.

The maids dance, posed for pictures, played games, and sold overpriced snacks.

"I like trains and whatnot because you get to go various places," said one passenger. "And, well, I don't exactly dislike maids either."

Not everyone was Japanese! The news showed a Taiwanese passenger who wanted to experience Japanese culture. These days, this is exactly what this is.
