Bringing this micro USB jig dongle for Samsung Galaxy S/ S2 owners in Malaysia.

You can turn your bricked or semi-bricked into the download mode with the micro USB jig dongle.
It means that you can use “ODIN” to flash your Galaxy S.

Your Galaxy S is semi-bricked like this? (*Note: Doesn't work on 2.3.5 KI3 unless you have the old bootloader)

"How To" Steps: CLICK HERE!

1. Turn off your phone and pull out the battery.
2. Leave it for about 10 seconds.
2. Put the battery back. (Don’t turn it on.)
3. Plug the jig into the micro USB port on the phone.
4. Wait for a second or two. You will see the yellow download mode logo appear on your screen.
5. Unplug the jig.
6. Connect your phone with USB cable to computer and continue flashing your phone with "ODIN". icon_rolleyes.gif

G00D NEWS for Samsung Galaxy S 2 owners. It will ....
a. Reset your flash counter
b. Remove the yellow triangle

All this with just 3 SIMPLE STEPS after your phone has properly shut down (wait for it to vibrate or remove the battery).
Plug - plug the micro USB when your phone is properly shut down
Unplug - Remove the micro USB from your phone when you are already in download mode. (You can see the binary counter reset) drool.gif
Reboot. - Reboot your phone and see no more of the TRIANGLE! rclxm9.gif

"How To" Steps: HOW TO GUIDE!

1. Turn off your phone and pull out the battery.
2. Leave it for about 10 seconds.
2. Put the battery back. (Don’t turn it on.)
3. Plug the jig into the micro USB port on the phone.
4. Wait for a second or two. You will see the yellow download mode logo appear on your screen.
5. Unplug the jig.
6. Connect your phone with USB cable to computer and continue flashing your phone with "ODIN". icon_rolleyes.gif

b. Remove the yellow triangle

I already received the usb jig!!!! And I've tried to erase the custom rom binary record in my SII! It just done very well!!! Thanks! Btw, It's unnecessary for Galaxy ACE to use the usb jig, so, I haven't try it out...

Oh is it? Umm how do you get ODIN to detect your phone if it is not in download mode?
I bricked my phone several times but soft brick only once. I cannot get ODIN to detect my phone.

i bricked my samsung galaxy ace...real hard!cant even turned on....it is completely dead....i connect usb to my computer,but odin cant detect my phone at all...no yellow rectangle....button combo also doesnt work....it is completely dead...do u think this thing can solve my problem?

Last time when I just bought it, it works.

Just tried it today again on my SGS2 and it cannot reset the counter and yellow triangle is still there... cry.gif



Note: I flashed to XXKI3 today...and the USB Jig Dongle cannot reset the counter nor remove the triangle...sad...

Just checked and you did not buy the jig from me. I'm sorry to hear about that.
There could be several possibilities.

a. You may be using the new bootloader.
b. The resistor in the jig has broken.

I was informed by a buyer during COD that he is using KI3. He tried the jig and it works.
Perhaps he is using the old bootloader.

Maybe you would like to search for more info in XDA. smile.gif
