HI All,
Previously i do have a Maybank AMEX gold card. Maybank offer me Maybank 2 Gold card which i requested for a Platinium for upgrading my AMEX gold to platinium. I am thinking of canceling AMEX gold card if they offer Platinium card but now what should i do? How can i ask them to upgrade the gold card to Platinium card so that i can cancel the AMEX gold card. |
