I just read about Bata's case. What is the latest update? Is he manage to get the refund from Paypal and AA?

Weird, I just charged few thousand MAS airticket to Amex. But no body call me one??? rclxub.gif

I went to the treat fair last night and redeemed 60k points! tongue.gif

Btw, I got extra 5k points (to be credited in 2 months time) by signing up e-statement during the fair. rclxms.gif

I am just back to KL and to my surprise - I received a Samsung Galaxy Tab from Maybank!!!!

Thanks. Yeah, my name is on the list. I did further reading from M2U website, apparently I was one of the top 300 spender. I must say thank you to my company coz mostly was amount charged for business travel! :-)

I think I spent at least RM100k during the contest period. Two round trip air tickets to London and some domestic flight to Poland, Czech, Slovekia, etc . Few weeks hotel/apartment bill in Europe. Basically I worked like shit during that period... sad.gif

One thing I dislike about MBB2 Amex is the transaction for oversea payment will take a longer time to appear in my statement as compared to other credit card provider. As I am using my card statement for claim reimbursement.

I had a very bad experience the trasactiion shown after 2 months delay. Before that, I called the customer service but they said no such captured in their computer. rclxub.gif

I purchased air ticket online from MAS website last Saturday (Aug 13) around 2:30 AM Malaysia time. Noted the transaction date for this payment appeared in M2U is Aug 12 (Fri) instead of Aug 13. Anyone experience smiliar situation before?

Does it make any difference since I made the payment in London (still Friday evening)?? Just curious... hmm.gif

Anyway, I already wrote an email to MBB card service for enquiries.

Very sure it is 2AM++ on Aug 13 coz my laptop still using Malaysia time. I only changed my watch to UK timezone.

I already maximise the RM50 cash rebate. Raising in this forum just to cure my curiousity. tongue.gif
