Just had a funny experience with the call centre.... Im calling to try to request only soft copy statement (meaning no hard copy will be sent) and i got transferred 3 times....and no one seems to know how to solve this. May I know if anyone here knows how to do the settings in Maybank2u.com so that I only get the soft copy instead of hard copy? I've been using HSBC card for 1 year now and always receive my soft copy statement (no hard copy). I want that for my Maybank 2 card too

The thing is I called and they said I have to wait for the First Hard Copy to be sent to my house only then I can register for e-statement.
This is because currently when I click VIEW CARDS....and VIEW STATEMENT... all it shows is CURRENTLY YOU HAVE NO STATEMENTS

This is the funny part. When I first applied the card and collected it from the bank I mentioned that I wanted E-statement only. Then they said they settled it. Now when I called the call centre said that their system shows that I did not opt for e-statement. I now im trying to find that e-statement registration button but it doesn't show up anywhere? I guess I have to wait for my first statement first

when i am in account & banking all i can see are my accounts.... there is no button to click view statement. there is a drop down box on the right for both cards AMEX and MASTER but when i click view statement. The page directs me to that page which i print screen-ed Add comment: I believe that I have already activated e-statement because I am able to view and download my savings account statement but not my credit card's because according to the bank it will be generated 26th of the month. I will wait for it and update here on my progress. Meanwhile I believe that their database is not updated yet that's why the call centre mentions that I will be receiving hard copy statements. QUOTE I get the same screen as urs. I guess because we have used the cards for less than a month? and that's why we do not have statement right? I believe so... just have to wait for the statement cut off date first and see how it goes ^^
