I doubt the CS will call on every transaction. Recently i do purchase a lot online with oversea company. I notice that not every transaction that I made will received call from CS for confirmation. Some of the transactions just went through without my confirmation. But some transaction they just block it due to their security reason (because most of the time the oversea company charge my card on their country working hour which I believe we all already fall to sleep The CS said, any online transaction with AMEX will be called by the bank.
