Planning to get my first CC the maybank2 card. JUst wondering if we can ask them to waive the RM50 fee? Anyone tried?

Just got my first credit card today YAY! Went to the OneU Maybankard branch, done in 1 and half hours! Just a question for you guys, with the MBB AMEX, can use the online portal thing in www.americanexpress.com.my or are we limited to linking the amex card to maybank2u. Cos when i tried to sign up i get the invalid 4 digit error

Also, thinking of signing up for the amex autopay, is there a way so that the bills are paid on Saturdays? (to make full use of the 5% rebate)

Just want to make sure how the interest works. My statement date is 26th August.

Lets say i have 1000RM owed at 26th will the interest calculate for that RM1000 or is the interest calculated when i do not pay the RM1000 before the PAYMENT DUE DATE

THis is how it looks like now

Statement balance: RM15.01 Pay Now
Payment due date: 15 September 2011
Statement date: 26 August 2011

I have 1000RM in outstanding balance from this month's expenses. And i paid the RM15.01 already. SO this means my RM1000 is due next month 15 October, and if i pay at 27th Sept ( the RM1000 will be put into Statement Balance for September), i will not be incurred any extra charges.
