As for redemption, I don't understand which website you are referring too that states it is only for Visa or MasterCard, because  all Maybank cards i.e. Visa/MC/Amex with Maybank logo, rewards you with Treats Points and therefore can redeem for the same stuff AND also the TP are transferable between card accounts e.g. Visa to AMEX account.

Please process my TreatsPoints redemption and deduct the required number of TreatsPoints from my Maybankard Visa & MasterCard Credit Card. Note: Redemption is not applicable to American Express Charge Cards.

If you have the Maybankard 2 Cards, just key in the numbers of your MBB2 VISA or MBB2 MasterCard when making redemption online. They will deduct the TP from your MBB2 AMEX if there isn't enough TP in your MBB2 VISA/MasterCard. Done this three times to date
