i heard countless people asking this question at the credit card application section at the treatsFair. some asking until spitting saliva on my arm (not a joke ). gotta be the dumbest question to evade a RM50 tax when they are already being taxed more from their pay - why dont they spend more effort to come up with ways to escape that?

anyway was there applying for the Maybank 2's - new applicants get on the spot approval or within the hour, but existing cardholders only get their applications processed the following week. once they netted u, its like a given for them u are a keep, and these banks dont bother much to appreciate their existing card holders.
