Be reminded, any of you guys discussion here on how to catch the idiotic fraudster will be exposed

Just called AMEX Plat CS since I was worried about such fraud being easily done. My AMEX details is so easily exposed to tens of cashiers & waiters in a mere week time.

The CS said, any online transaction with AMEX will be called by the bank. I told the CS that I doubt so because they are so many users out there, but the CS insisted that they were doing this with no exceptions to deter fraud cases. I wonder how true is this but I already asked the CS to put a strong note in my AMEX accounts, so they will surely call me up for any online transactions.

Just received my MBB2 MC Plat (replacement for Visa), it looks much better with different 'Platinum' word font & size.

Do you guys realized the newer MBB2 Plat's word Platinum changed from a smaller font to now s bigger font with all capital letters?

Yes first few batches, the MBB2 AMEX Plat do not have the word 'Platinum' on it (however the MBB2 Visa has the word on the card). Later they come out with a version with the word 'Platinum' on it. And now the latest version, the word 'Platinum' changed to a bigger font and also capital letters, 'PLATINUM'.

Now the word is in capital and bigger in font size

Maybank cc department always had the tendency of ending promotional activities earlier than the published validity date, which reflects very badly on them. For instance, AMEX Starbucks promo & complimentary 1U Platinum parking.
