are you sure supp cards also share TP with the principal?weird because mine is supp and my wife is prncipal (LOL)...but our TP was not shared..can anyone verify this?

one more thing..i got charge rm 25 + rm 25 for supp cards..i thought supp will be only rm25 for both cards..and i called CS..they said for supp they charged rm25 each..very sad about this ...they should put this on the brochure..because in their broucher..they just said rm25 for supp cards..rite??

too bad..i thought rm25 only for supp..if that so,it's better for me to apply my own cards as princ since supp dun have any benefits lo..hahaha

I used my visa on 29th August but the cashier said the transaction failed..she tried 3 times and said all failed..but today, I view my statement on m2u..there are 3 same transaction which claimed failed by that cashier...how to claim back this issue?should I call maybank or go back to that shop?please advice

i need help...

a shop had charged 3x my credit..the same amount and exact same time/date...they said the transaction were failed, but last week i checked my statement,those transaction already in my statement..last sunday, i went to the shop and then they said they will contact their terminal provider which is MBFCards..then yesterday they said MBF will deal with maybank about this issue...so my question is..is it true?MBF will deal with maybank?or am I being lie??????..please help guys..thanks

I already report this to MBB and they said the transaction will be reverse back in max of 45 days..they need to investigate and blah+...is it takes this long to reverse the charge?in my statement even a stupid or crazy person can notice that those transaction were duplicated...
