THis is how it looks like now

Statement balance: RM15.01 Pay Now
Payment due date: 15 September 2011
Statement date: 26 August 2011

I have 1000RM in outstanding balance from this month's expenses. And i paid the RM15.01 already. SO this means my RM1000 is due next month 15 October, and if i pay at 27th Sept ( the RM1000 will be put into Statement Balance for September), i will not be incurred any extra charges.

Yes altho u can also pay before or at 15 October without any issues. The RM15.01 u can pay on or before 15 Sept without any additional charges (little reason to pay much earlier compared to the actual due date).

Your choice to pay on 27 Sept altho I would just pay around 12-13 Oct.

The minimum annual income of RM30,000 to apply for GOLD MBB2card is the gross income or income after EPF deductions etc.? I kinda need a credit card urgently, is it possible to apply and get the card in the same week? Thanks.

Gross income. Apply at 1U, bring along the documents, and you should be able to get it on the day itself.

Also, an agent once told me if I have a bachelor's degree, monthly income of 2k is sufficient to apply.

Thanks! I actually applied for a Citibank credit card 2 days ago. But after reading through the Citibank credit card thread and found out that many people not getting any response from Citibank even after 2-3 weeks of applying, I want to apply from banks that can issue credit card quickly.

Go 1U maybank card centre on weekdays before 6pm, you should able to get the card after 1 hour.

Do you guys realized the newer MBB2 Plat's word Platinum changed from a smaller font to now s bigger font with all capital letters?

Why not, they are widely accepted?
How can you get VISA on a MC and AmEx?

I asked for RM1k, got RM1k extra for a month. At that time my CL was RM5k.

I thought the first version of Platinum don't even have a word Platinum on the card. It's only the color to differentiate the gold and plat card

Recently I'm facing the problem with the treat points which earned through my Maybankard 2 Gold, AMEX

Based on what i know, the treat points gift redemption only available for VISA
treat points instead of AMEX....so what is the purpose treat points earned from AMEX card use for? Can anyone advise me, if I'm wrong.

TP for MBB2 AMEX & Visa/Mastercard can be combined for redemption.

It can be transfer between the 2 cards and can redeem the same thing with same points... Nothing to worry about

If you want to do the redemption online, just key in your VISA or MasterCard number and they will do the rest.
