I doubt that. MBB is not as flexible as Citibank.
*
MBB can do temporary limit increase for e.g. emergencies and overseas trip just by calling CS. Done this before. They will say the usual disclaimer subject to approval 2-3 days but in my experience it only took 1 day. Just don't expect a lot extra.

CC cannot be used to fund Paypal, only pay or transfer to someone else (fees are very high for both).

Hi Guys,

I need some clarification here, said I have CL 4K and I purchases some electronic goods with cause me about RM3K and I do installment for 12months.

So at this time my latest CL that I able to speed is RM1K or RM3750 ?
Any idea?
*
it depends on how the merchant do the epp..usually, if it involve u having to call mbb to confirm the 12months epp, you are left with 1k cl left in the first month....if it is between u and merchant only, you will have 3750 cl in first month...last time i use mbb cc to do epp at carrefour and senq...both charge on monthly basis, not the whole ammount..i know this for sure coz afterward, i still able to use the cc although by calculation, i should have OVERlimit

Same case here.. I paid twice but being charged three times.. Yours is local transaction? Should I expect double of your time for oversea transaction? Btw, u call cs to complain?

How much extra in % or RM amount ? hmm.gif

I requested once with MBB for super urgent and escalate up, within 2 hours replied, rejected.
That's where I've to split payment, and the 2nd payment falls on 1st April, which hit the iPad2 jackpot for me whistling.gif
If approved, I would have swipe that full amount in late March and missed the gift.

mine is local transaction..call cs, ask them to email the 'dispute form', fill up form (if got some sort of proof is better - my only proof is the amount charged is exactly the same to the last cent), email back to them

I feel you bro. I just brought 10K to Maybank today for the same damn purpose, This is such a big security risk. Coincidental,i also spoke with the Officer in charge and she mention that i can ask for extra CL by submitting paypal document and the other usual items because i am a big spender according to her and HQ might just give some leniency on it as i deal with USD and my current CL quickly run out in 1 or 2 swipe

Just want to make sure how the interest works. My statement date is 26th August.

Lets say i have 1000RM owed at 26th will the interest calculate for that RM1000 or is the interest calculated when i do not pay the RM1000 before the PAYMENT DUE DATE

The interest will start to be incurred after payment due date. On top of that, you'll be charged for late payment fee.

Just subscribe to e-Statement and you won't be receiving any paper statement starting the next bill cycle.

If your statement date is 26th, you can pay RM1000 on 27th with no interest and worries.
If your statement due date is 26th, then u need to worry. Paying at 27th you will get charged late penalty + interest for all balance and transactions since statement date (which in this case will be around 6th)
