My transaction at Mydin on 13th August still havent show up....but my other transaction also at Mydin, came out the next day...

my transaction on 13th is RM 507.13, but the cashier mistakenly enter RM 507.18, then the cashier ask me how, then because its only 5 cent, so I said its ok, no need to re-key in as im afraid will come out 2 transaction pulak.....

but until now, never come out, is it because of the different in number??

You can call CS to check this matter. If swipe is successful, MBB side should able to capture it.

I did call Maybank, I call on 16th IINM, they say there are 1 floating transaction which is the one I did on 13th....

but now when I call, they say now dont have any floating transaction.....

Some other vouchers are very good too, such as Metrojaya and Sogo vouchers. I have redeemed RM50 vouchers of Metrojaya and Sogo with less than 9,500 points each. Better redeem fast before Maybank adjust the points requirement due to inflation.

You need to execute Enrich transfer to another person. Note that there will be fees applicable.

1. From my hard copy statement, on the first line of transaction, my I know what is RETAIL INTEREST RATE = 16.00% means?
2. What is the easiest way to redeem the treatpoints? can redeem via maybank2u?

1. It means the interest rate applied to you by the bank in the event you have any outstanding balance. No need to bother about this at all should you treat your card like cash. Since you juz apply your card, please have this thought in your mind - Got money then only swipe, recommend do not ever spend beyond your means to pay every month.
2. You can call CS to redeem the treatpoints or visit maybankard.net.my or visit participating retail outlets.
