blizzard downloader too slow!, SLOW

i just reinstalled wow up to cataclysm last night and then proceeded to update the client but the downloader is so slow. anyone got a workaround fix? its not firewall or ports problem. the update is around 8gb and it's estimated to take around 90 hours to finish the download at speed averaging 30-50 kb/s . that is almost 4 days of constant download to finish the update . any help?

Yeah bro. The same happened to me too. I just waited it out. I guess you could try copying it from someone else.

the download is almost finish! still at 96% . but the good thing is you get to play while downloader run at background.
