Hopefully their Padfone can use the docking keyboard, then we'll have 3-in1, that will be so awesome!!!

read somewhere asus designed it that way... the dock can be used with eee pads. so, yes, i'm expecting the padfone will work with the transformer docking station though i know i won't be getting the padfone.

looking forward for the eeePad Slate review from you.  Need to decide between the Slate and the next Transformer with Tegra3.  Any idea when will the Slate be available in Malaysia?  Thanks.  smile.gif

Date is still not disclosed yet. Currently they are pushing the trigger on the Transformer smile.gif

Tried to check the price from amazon.com for the casing and screen protector and plus the shipping cost, it is 98.87 USD = 298.149 MYR.

So expensive! I hope I can find them locally. sad.gif

I'm sure it will be out soon locally, or get it from SG if you can't wait. But to be honest, the material isn't top notch for the price you are paying.

ya, i did that earlier (loaded my TF with Keikashi episodes -- even then, cannot fit all) and realise... nar... no need la.

so far, i think i can say i still got lots of space. and that's not counting the microSD card yet. see how 6mths down the road, though... smile.gif

Added on June 3, 2011, 3:43 pmi got no plans to root and/or flash my TF yet. so never gone into reading the steps/ details.

anyone care to share a good/ simple method that i can paste on the first page? though of adding a section there.

I think the best solution is, we leave the 12GB internal memory for cache la apps installation la and so on...

All the multimedia files like mp3, mp4, mkv, rmvb, basically songs and movies put them in a microSD card (that's why I plan to buy a microSD card now)...

this is actually the better way... coz if need to move the files from one place to another, easier as well. just eject the card.

but i do copy 1-2 favourite files into the TF, in case the card rosak or pinjam to ppl...

By the way, how many of you do have the keyboard dock? I found that it is a bit difficult to plug the pad on the docking port and lock it. Really need to push hard to make it stay connected and lock properly. If not when you close it or simply move the pad a bit, the connection loose, your keyboard and mouse cannot function anymore. :|

my plan is the card cannot borrow people, I will treat it as a permanent-external storage. you are right, just eject the card, plug into another card reader to copy files over, life is easier then. biggrin.gif
