If you can, avoid 2" width window. Not cost effective to install curtain.

Pull amour cable for auto gate.
Remember, remember, remember to ask the contractor to skim coat the wall.

Better change to ABS piping, copper piping will corrode over time. As a precaution, lay another main piping for stand by. You do not want to hack and install a new piping. That if you are to stay there for long haul.

Don't you wanna change all the toilet bowls? I do not feel comfortable with "old" toilet bowl.
