I tried call IRB but cant get any human to talk to me, perhaps some tax expert here can help answer my question here.

Can parents medical expenses of more than 10k be claimed by both her daughter/son as parents medical expenses at maximum of 5k each? Hope sifu here can also give some links. notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Name normally is patient and proof of relationship can be by birth certificate. Anyway I called IRB and have a positive answer. icon_rolleyes.gif
