I thought they were going to do all refunds by bank direct credit, but it looks like they are still sending out cheques?
Maybe, it is for those who bank with Maybank and CIMB only, initially?

QUOTE(500Kmission @ Jun 21 2011, 12:20 AM) LHDN current bank is CIMB. If you write in FORM BE is CIMB bank for refund, they of course will direct credit to your account which is safer than post. If you are not CIMB account holder, LHDN want to use post cheque, because the direct credit to diff bank account often encounter unsuccessful process. Have a look at post #28, which included a letter from LHDN which mentions Maybank. That makes your post about "not a CIMB account holder" inaccurate.

QUOTE(500Kmission @ Jun 21 2011, 01:03 AM) The statement is made by one of officer in LHDN. Maybe he was lucky and get the money. Actually, it happen on other company (CHGS) as well. The company want to direct credit the annual interest to me, it is not successful, but my friend has received the money. After there are so many unsuccessful result, the company decide send cheque to every investor. And how do you know it's only one? You don't - you just have maybe's and guesses, just like your previous post.
