Is there any way to transfer tax to other ppl aka wife/gf etc

Scenario example :

Earning RM100k/pa (sales line etc)

Perhaps can transfer RM10k/20k to wife/gf using something tax vouncher i think

Wife earning RM30k pa etc , will declare the RM10k/20k transfer from me to her own tax .

Can claim the sales I got is refer by her etc something like that so I need pay her the "commission" by issuing her a personal cheque etc ?

Is that workable ? Is illegal but wondering can try ar ?
