Because I have high commitment for loans n others, any1 can share how u run from taxes. If I received my salary by cash, will they still able to track it?
Under the site: http://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/acca...ct10_f6_MYS.pdf

Any1 reduce their taxable income with internet bill under own name (Payment of monthly bill for broadband subscription – RM500

I dont quite understand the "purchase of residential property" (sale and purchase agreement is signed between 10th March 2009
and 31st December 2010)

how about purchase on year 2013?

Can I run away from taxes if my side income/part time/full time income is received by cash and I dont put it in the bank?

What item or particulars are included under "Self and Dependent"

i think the "OFFER" does not apply to 2013...i may be wrong....
i think it does not matter whether you got it in cash or thru the bank...it is what yr company pays you that is important....the company have to pay more taxes if it does not reports paying to you...
hmm.gif i think you can "IF" you did not acknowledge / have prove that you did receives the payment.
What item or particulars are included under "Self and Dependent" ....read this guide.

There is two things in life you can't escape.

And this is also the reason why GST implementation is good.

I just resigned from my current employment. Now doing business online. Not register any sole proprietor with SSM yet.

DO I have a register sole proprietor in order to declare with LHDN that I self employed? Can I do it without register sole proprietor.

Any Solution?

Call/Email LHDN and ask them. You have your right to chase them.
If you have nothing to hide/evade, there is nothing to scare about them.
Your tax is for them to work, for their salary.

hmm.gif not exactly. The one that I want to know is that I'm already taxed at 25%(franked) for those dividend. And when I declare my personal income tax, would I get a refund or tax payable since there are some rebate and relief here and there. And I believed I'm not tax at 25% for personal. would rather ignore it if not that I'm thinking to purchase property when I got enough money. Don't wanna have sleepless night chasing by gov!

Did anyone here happened to have the e-Filling in offline excel format if I may asked?? sweat.gif

Salary RM15k
Dividend RM5k (franked --> RM6.6k)
UT RM5k (franked ?)
Total income RM26.6k --> no tax payable

On top of that, because your dividend is franked (2 tier system), you are eligible to claim the tax paid from LHDN as refund. For RM5k nett dividend, you can claim back ~RM1.6k from LHDN

Many company has already switch to 1 tier system. And from 2014 onwards, all company dividend will be 1 tier system. Ie. you cannot claim back the tax paid for 1 tier system

So, for 2014 onwards, you only declare salary RM15k (or other actual amount). Tax on dividend paid by the company is burnt sweat.gif

I hope you don't mind if I point out this. 2014 onwards, all companies would be on single tier system and as such, there will be no tax deducted from the dividend paid by companies. Shareholder will receive 100% of the dividend (no tax deducted), so there is no issue on whether tax on dividend is burnt or not icon_rolleyes.gif
