I thought construction has been long ago Chinese bread and butter. Indon came in and now I see Bangla contractor.

I wanna ask any guys engage them, how is their workmanship? I'm engaging a Bangla contractor to do a small job. If satisfactory, I will ask him to skim coat the shit my Indon contractor left me.

Bangla never leave you an easy way to solve your shit.

im using indonesians - 3 guys - for my rental units .. all i can say is that use them for rental units .. for your own stay ... spend more ..

since its not much, i suggest you employ chinaman contractor settle for ya.

if you deal with bangla direct, sure you regret.

indon worker depends, some ok, some are not.

but as long your payment good, they good.

dont stingy save cost use bangla, they will cost you more.

I almost use a bangla but end up choose a chinese contractor. This bangla actually doing my old house neighbours and great things is this bangla do not take DOWNPAYMENT. Work start first then only pay. Somehow i got a chinese contractor which similiar quote to the bangla price.

My Indon gives warranty to his work for 1 year. He gave lots of excuses when ask to solve the water blockage. He has got full payment.

The reason I ask about Bangla contractor is that he showed me his project site and the work done is very good. Anyway, I will see how his work before deciding.

As for small job, Chinese contractors are either not interested or charge you your leg.

Before start work, give you perfect promises that you like to hear.

after start work 2 days, start minta wang already.

then if workmanship no good, he will give you many excuses that you cant accept.

I decided to take Indon contractor recommended by my construction friend. My friend is hi end reno/build contractor. Can't go wrong.

i think it all depends on your luck. chinese contracter also can do shoddy job.to play safe, check his previous work before committed.

My friend hired a Pakistani contractor and the things you mentioned below happened EXACTLY to her too...

All extravagant promises, shit delivery... and a lot of illogical excuses for crap work... + mintak wang banyak banyak in the end...
