QUOTE(Hell Fire @ Aug 29 2005, 11:31 PM)

Taken from Steelpad.com

Steelpad S&S
Developed by SK.
SK quote: You are able to perform minimal and exact movements, and you never drag your mouse outside the pad. The Steelpad S&S is already approved by clans such as Team 3D, 4Kings, MouseSports, D-skyline and Titans.
Description: Length 320 mm. - Width 270 mm. - Thickness 2 mm.

Steelpad 4S
The ultimate preference of ProGamers. The greater size of this pad has been especially determined by the most critical user - YOU! Description: Length 290 mm - Width 257 mm - Thickness 3.5 mm (feet included) - Does not work with Logitech Optical mice other than the MX Series. - Not recommended to wireless mice.

As you can see, the S&S is slightly larger than the 4S. The 4S seems to be picky about optical mice except for the MX series. But the 4S size is already larger than normal mousepad. I think suggest S&S.

Although I recently purchase the 4D, I find that it's too smooth even when using the rough surface (it has 2 surfaces). I, myself would be interested in getting an S&S.

He's around. Just spoke to him earlier today. Says he's a little busy nowadays. Give the guy some time, I'm sure he'll be back.
