Im starting to workout and planning to buy a couple of dumbell
Just searched at Mydin and found 2 types of dumbbell
1 with 10kg cost me at rm65 and another 1 with 15kg cost me at rm80 for each dumbbell
My question is, will it worth my money if i buy straight a couple of 15kg dumbbell or I can start my workout with a couple of 10kg dumbbell.
thx in advance

Hi, i also just started lifting weights, hope we can help each others.

Is the dumbbell adjustable? if it is then its quite cheap. i don't think u need to buy a couple of 10 or 15kg. u only need 2 lol. then if later not enough u can either add weights if its adjustable or just buy a heavier fix dumbbell.

Fitness concept selling 10kg adjustable dumbbell at RM108 if i remember correctly, 15kg also got dono what price. And if u buy 2 10kg dumbbell they free u a Maxx glove.

so dat i can progress with harder moves such as military press and barbell row..if i do 2.5kg increment every workout for military press, im gonna stall really really soon..so this will help to break any plateu as well..

ya, they called it fractional plates http://www.ironwoodyfitness.com/fractionals.php

also use this to break personal record..hahaha
