No, that is only the creature creator. In the Spore website, the creature creator comes in two flavours, the retail version and the free trial version. The retail version costs USD 10 but it will be rebated when you buy Spore when it is released. The trial version is a free creature creator but with less features. Which is why I am asking is the deal the same? Will RM 39 be rebated when you buy the full game when it is released?

*edit: The Oceanic server would be the better choice if compared with a US server halfway across the globe. It only makes sense right? I just got my pre-order and the thought occured to me, so i'm just making sure i'm playing the same game on the same servers as when my friends get the retail version when it's out in stores

I tested using Speedtest.net to these places...

- Perth - 102ms ping
- Sydney - 579ms ping

- Seattle - 401ms ping
- San Jose California - 502ms ping
- San Franciso - 663ms ping

So if the servers are in West Australia then it would be good if its located at East Australia then its not much difference than playing in US servers I guess.

either way don't we have to know? because on the website the information entry for CE pre-order open beta and head starts, there are different sites for North America, Australia and New Zealand.

edit: the open beta signup process for NA and AUS/NZ is slightly different

edit2: we can only register an account for the region in which the purchased game is based in right?

I just placed an order for dmc 4. Total cost RM102 inclusive of shipping (airpak) . Just want to how long it would take for the item to reach me once I make the payment (bank in). Will tsb give me an estimated time of when it will reach because I need to make sure that I'm at home to receive it.

If payment is made by 2 pm tomorrow, you should receive it on Friday or Saturday (courier only work half-day on Saturday).

If you're buying online, we will still credit the double points into your account. All you need to do is fill up the membership form (that will be sent to you together with your Spore order) and you'll be able to use the points. If you don't send back the form, you can only see the points but not the option to use them.
