went to ikano on monday but gamers close , so go to ss2 ask for the strap but your boss said i have to go back to ikano to collect since i bought the game there n my strap has been sent to ikano , later the lady at ss2 said can post to my house but until now no show

very bad customer service there. should have give it on the spot since came all the way to collect.

- the battlefield 2142 case was broken/cracked when received . poslaju guy fault.
