I remembered there was a teaser trailer not long ago where they show the unmasking of Ryu and announcement of Ninja Gaiden 3. It is not until i saw this post on Joystiq! that i actually recall there is an upcoming Ninja Gaiden 3 after the horrific Ninja Gaiden 2 experience. Totally define the art of dying even on the easiest difficulty.

Not exactly right. I still need those weapons achievements. Will have to find some time to finish off those, having some reminiscence some of the good times i have with the game (XXYYY combo of the Scythe, divine swallow, flying swallow, izuna drop, incendiary shurikens, running, lives of thousand gods, moves of all the bosses, every single trick to the enemies)

My feeling is this game will go down in price within the next 6 months, just like other unpopular games (Knights Contract, Deus EX, Majin etc). Still got a lot to go through... Amalur, Mass effect 3, GoW 3, Uncharted 3, FFXIII 2, Witcher 2...

some say its 4.5/10 or 5/10

At least that's what I saw in the shops. They cut the price to about SGD 50 (from SGD 62) within 5 months.
Same thing with RAGE. Can get it for about 50 bucks in Challenger Singapore.

Anyone who got the NG3 Collector Edition have tried DOA5 demo yet..? Will it be free to download later on XBox Marketplace...?

I'm playing it now. This game is cakewalk compared to the previous ones. My main gripe would be the lock on. Half the time Ryu doesn't hit the enemy that I want. This has never happened with the old NG games.

This game must suck hard. No replies to this thread for sooooooo long. I'll wait for this to go on sale as part of a bundle of other unpopular games..... Hopefully they sellotape this to Majin and Knights Contract and sell for SGD85.

There isn't much to talk about actually. No secrets, no weapons, no upgrades, enemies have no varieties, no unlockables and certainly no challenge. This game is just average at best.

May I know where I can get this game in any local store around KL/Selangor, coz wanna buy one and try it, whether its good or not, since most review scores I'd seen are kinda low...

Guess you may order direct from PBBseller or try visit Gamer's Hideout retail branches. Not much seller keep Xbox games in M'sia nowadays.

Yeah...actually I went 3 game shops at Curve and Ikano today, non of them have the game for Xbox; only PS3...Guess that I need to order online then, but anyone know if normal edition also comes with DOA5 demo codes...looks nice also, and really want to try too...

DOA5 demo only come with CE version if no mistaken. Marketing gimmick I guess...

Well, I manage to buy and play this game.. After quite few hours playing, it's quite average to me..Not bad, but not good either..There are some things that I don't like in the game, like a scene where Ryu walks very slow because of the cursed..
Sometimes, when making decision like what button need to press, the game simply won't even tell you what to press and the next same scene, the screen now shows what button to press..

The game seems a bit short, but I understand that because of the difficulty selection..Pretty sure the game will be longer if playing in a higher difficulty..Even or normal settings I kept dying on certain boss (especially that T-rex one, really hate its massive damage headbutt)...
There's a bug/glitch in the game that I encountered, like black textures pop-up with no reason and the game crashed at the scene where the lab is going to explode..Not sure about the online mode because I'm not using Online Pass yet, scare that it's going to be suck..Overall, it's an average game..

By the way, it comes with DOA5 demo too, but only Ryu and Hitomi..wish I can play all 4 characters...
