I hv applied and ps called. submmited all necessary docs but when i called they said is approve but did not receive any sms.. When i called again, now diff guy told me is rejected.. Then i receive a letter declined.. Can i know hw mch annual income or criteria to apply business platinum or a platinum card? No ans provided for decline.. Should i reapply?

But i thought some bank have cooling period which is 3-6 months period.. Hmmm... Wonder should i just apply online or give a call to the ps who called me for the docs..

I actually checked I have RM150 cash back for gold card and RM150 for business gold. Both deduct RM50 (gov tax) balance rm100 each.. Previously i applied online then the solutions agent called me.. Then applied through them.. I wonder do they still consider online application or thru agent? Wil i get the RM100 after 30 days as i read the terms and conds.. ?
