Hi, I applied business visa gold via online last 2 weeks ago and immediately received sms stating that it was pre-approval and pending for supporting doc for final approval (I didnt submit any doc along with online application). The following day, I received call from their staff (standard chartered) requiring doc submit and applied another gold card after he assured that i would get 250 for adding on another card. After I had submitted all required doc through their branch last friday and I called the staff (I have stored his number ) yesterday but he informed me that my application has been declined I immediately call their SC to confirm the issue and the SC advised me to call their tele-marketing to re-apply and assured i would still eligible for 250 free cash through tele-marketing for applying cc. Should I still try it out (I have been informed y the staff that I need for another 3 months if I want to reapply)? I am really confused for what they had told me

The SC said he unable to view the reason instead of the result. However, he gave me the telesale hotline and asked me to apply via there should i really try apply through online agn?

I tried to apply via online but it didn't pop up confirmation windows after i click submit and stuck in the review windows what should I do now? re their system will auto block those have submitted application but decline within 3 months?

Today, I called telesale and when i told them my intention thn they transfer me back to SC and saying that they are able to view the reason of decline when i told SC about my request but they said that is in top management absolute discretion for processing cc application (how come it is different with what SC told me when i called them at first? ) moving forward, i asked them if it is possible to reapply again via online and they said i have to wait for another 6 months. When I further ask about I cant submit my application via online (I did apply agn after my cc application has declined) but SC told me that they did receive and they were declined at all after go thru all hassle and disappointing response, i gav up to apply it.. gd luck to all applicant who success in getting free cash
