Finally got my SCB Biz Plat cancelled after I lodged a complaint to Bank Negara
SCB was trying to play dirty by offering 11000 choice points to retain their card. Then they force the card holder to hold their card by denying card cancellation until GST is charged if the points offered are utilized for RM50 CashBack This hidden T&C was not mentioned by the CS when the points are offered Anyway, this hoo-hah is over.
