If a New Customer applies for more than one credit card through any application channel during the Campaign Period, the cashback will only be awarded to one credit card, namely the credit card with the highest cashback entitlement.

Example
Mr A applies through one of the Bank's branches for a Gold credit card. He also applies online for a Platinum credit card. The Bank has approved both applications. Mr A will only be entitled to the cashback for the Platinum credit card, namely RM300.

Purchased the RM2 deal from living social and did the online application to SCB.

Oct 9 - Online submission
Oct 11 & 12 - Get call from PS asking if i want additional cards, but my main application yet to be approved, will call back to follow up.
Oct 13 - SCB called to verify some personal particulars.
Oct 14 - Received SMS saying application approved.
Oct 15 - PS called to help me add more cards and inform me the CL.

I am expecting the card to reach somewhere this week, will update here once received.

if i do not have a saving account with SCB and cant do online banking, any other way to check whether they already bank in the cash back to me or not?

You can "Instant Register Online Banking" with SCB in the Online Banking Page. Just need your credit cards detail to register only.

u can try to check online and see whther the first 2 cards got RM200 accordingly.

Before activation already can see on website.
You should be able to see the cash back credited before you even receive the physical card
