They had the same promotion last year, but it was RM338 cash back. I remember it was credited to my account few days after I activate my credit card.

Yeah I think it was 238 for the platinum and 128 for the gold.

Usually they will require you to fax over your latest salary slip in order for them to increase your credit limit. Don't know about you guys but SCB has been pretty generous with their credit limit to me.

Sorry mate! I never gave a rat's ass about post #1. Anyway, I tried faxing to that number but haven't been able to get through since yesterday. I called the platinum concierge and he connects me to the telesales department and successfully upgraded my credit card without waiting or any letter. Thumbs up SC.

Look at the vouchers! I redeemed Giant RM50 voucher for 12,000 points 2 weeks ago. Look at the points required now!

Mine passed 30 days of card approval date but I haven't receive the balance RM100 yet.

Swiped more than 30 times, around RM5k.

It's 36 days from card approval date as of today.

Same thing happened to me when I purchase from Apple Online Store. Imagine paying almost RM40 for nothing! I called SCB ask them to waive the charge they say cannot. In the end I called Apple Online Support they say they will absorb the cost and refund the 0.8% to me. This is what good service is about.
