To be frank SC have the worst customer service. U all should try and call their customer service hotline and time urself. Usually u will need to call twice and press all the stupid numbers again and again and listen to their crap advert for a long time. I spend so much over online transaction also no one from sc call to verify my transaction. I got to help them call them to make sure transaction is safe instead. Poor service.. really disappointing . If i use Amex, with 2-3 mins after transaction, they will call me to make sure I actually use the card. Feel safer that way.
