I think the CS will offer him $$. For my case, I have tried to cancel my card for 2 years already yet they offer me RM50 to offset the GST. So I just keep the card (Not a single swipe since day 1, dunno why they 12 retain me). The card actually came from my housing loan application but in the end I did not take the loan.
*
i wont get offer from them la, because i use this card only few times

u can cancel only after the 6th month, of retaining it.  failing which, the bank has the right to record it in the CCRIS (read the t/c of the cc).
*
my card approved on 20th Jan, so now is 18 July, after 6 month already

It is because the table can only show 4 columns. Your points stil have long way to go, that's why it appears in the last column "OCTOBER onwards" lor.Coming next month, you'll see your 262 pts appear in NOVEMBER ONWARDS.
*
oo..okok...thanks..just curious.
I only have 262 point, but CS promise to give 10k point on next month to offset my GST for next year since i wan to cancel the card yesterday..haha tongue.gif
