I register online for the CC application, normally take how long to know the outcome? Or should I contact CC.

I submitted my application on tuesday

Finally receive call from stand chart, but instead of CS, I think is a credit card agent. Instead he only offer RM150 cashback instead of the online RM250 (I applied for the Business Gold which only require RM24K per annum, mine is RM36K per annum).

I'm puzzled. He said I am not entitled to the online as the card I holding not more than 2 years and instead offer this instead.

He also ask for my BE form (but at that time salary not increase yet, only around RM34K) which makes me can't hold 2 card at 1 time.

I already have OCBC Titanium and Maybank2card.

ADDED : some more he said I entitled to Platinum which is RM46K per annum so isn't that quite bullshit?

Apply online but dunno how to credit card agent called me instead.

Would prefer the CS just call and update me the status : pass or fail only. Instead of leaking my info to Credit card agent.

I'm not concern on the amount of free money. More on the procedure. If online application failed, I don't see what's the logic that apply through agent will pass.

My info leaked to the agent and from that just commission to the agent.

FYI, the person who called me is not from the main branch, from email it is from price solution sdn bhd which is just the subsidiary of SC that specialise in SC loan and CC application.

How to check my application? My agent tell me this week should have answer but till now no news. Submitting all my docs last Tuesday

How about if I have another card previously more than 1 year but cancelled. And now all my cards are less than 1 year. Does that considered?

Can I still submit? The CS say can't though but i think can check my CCRIS report that previously I have a card more than a year.
