So, no more calling up to request for annual fee waiver for free...
Not sure if this is an isolate case though... Since I only use my Classic card for insurance auto-debits.

I just called up Customer Service requesting my usual annual fee waiver(which I have been doing for 11 years), they told me, under new business/company direction starting August 2012, they will only use the ChoicePoints to waive the annual fee.

QUOTE(meme00 @ Aug 24 2012, 04:00 PM) huh? but I always almost pay full every month. Plus or minus a few cents for balance.but I got a call from the agent that handles my application yesterday and he never mentioned anything about it. I even asked him, after 2 years, how to get AF waiver and he said as long as customer is a good paymaster, then we may just call and request waiver. So, what's true? |
