At least your annual income is more than 60K and they only give you half of that. Is that really bad? You are more than capable of paying back.

Er, one lady called me today to offer me a SCB Business Platinum card. Too bad I was quite busy when she called and I told her I'm not keen in it.

I'm not sure if I said the right thing... Please tell me it is not one of the best cards in market now. sad.gif

in case you don't have OCBC titanium and that shop does not accept AMEX, this card is good for you because it gives you 0.5% cash back + 1 points for every RM1 spent.

This is card gives free access to premium lounge at klia. One more thing, they will give extra high credit limit for you

The word Platinum is written on the card for the Plat Business. How high is way too high?

To be frank SC have the worst customer service. U all should try and call their customer service hotline and time urself. Usually u will need to call twice and press all the stupid numbers again and again and listen to their crap advert for a long time. I spend so much over online transaction also no one from sc call to verify my transaction. I got to help them call them to make sure transaction is safe instead. Poor service.. really disappointing . If i use Amex, with 2-3 mins after transaction, they will call me to make sure I actually use the card. Feel safer that way.

No is monthly installment for the transaction you done with above RM500. I didn't apply for cash out so i'm not so sure about this. But i believe cash out by credit card is very not worth, actually i clear my credit card every month before the due date to avoid interest, so after all i'm still earning from its rebate 0.5% tongue.gif

I see. At least it still hasn't hurt that much for now. I will apply for OCBC Ti soon. Hope I can get that and heals me a bit after happily rejected the offer from SCB. laugh.gif
Wah, very generous of them to give such high CL! Unlike Maybank which is popular for its stinginess. sad.gif Anyway, it is still sufficient for my current usage.

Thanks for the info by the way. smile.gif

You mean in total you paid online > rm1500 from Nov2011 to Jan2012?
But the maximum rebate will still be rm100.

Time for you to get one, unless you have other cards that give 5% for utilities too.

I don't feel like applying anymore credit cards in the near future... in fact I want to cancel most of them and only retain Citibank and MBB only. Feel headache when maintaining those plastic cards. What I wish is to get a CIMB VI or MBB VI in this year 2012.

Paid bills amounting to RM500 (consecutive for 3 months) via SCB online... now need to wait for my RM100 Cash Rebate.
